Fred Milton - Founder & President
Fred Milton comes with over 30 years of experience working in Fort Lauderdale’s trendiest establishments; Mango’s, Tarpon Bend, O’Hara’s, and YOLO. His legacy has been known on Fort Lauderdale’s main strip, Las Olas for almost 3 decades. Armed with a strong following of loyal Fort Lauderdale customers of all ages, Fred’s passion, legacy and superior knowledge of the bar and restaurant business come to life at Laudy, the place where the booming city meets the beach vibe. The Laudy Vibe!
Yuliya Varabei - Founder & CFO
Yuliya is a highly effective organizational leader with expertise gained from 25+ years of experience in public and private sectors across multiple industries. Besides supporting Laudy's operations, Yuliya still currently holds an executive management role as a CFO for a local medical equipment manufacturer. Both Fred and Yuliya have two sons, Jake & Alex, who are great athletes and are very passionate about baseball.

Nick brings over 15 years of dedicated hospitality experience to Laudy Bar team. Having worked in nearly every front-of-house position - from server and host to bartender and shift lead, he brings an intimate understanding of what makes exceptional guest experience and smooth operations possible.
